Yahya

Yahya (AS), known as John the Baptist, was a historic and monumentally significant prophet of Islam, representing the peak of spiritual devotion, purity, and prophetic Izzah (honor). Born miraculously to the aging Prophet Zakariya (AS), Yahya was gifted with wisdom (Hikmah) from his childhood and was characterized by his intense compassion (Hanan) and his unshakeable certainty (Yaqin) in the Divine message. His life is a definitive Hujjah (proof) of the continuity of the Prophetic lineage and the Nur (light) of a faith that values the ascetic life (Zuhd) and the defense of the Truth against the trials (Fitna) of the world.
