The Science of Al-Wazaifyat (Administrative Ethics) refers to the historic and foundational Islamic discipline governing the organization of the state, the selection of public officials, and the ethics of civil service. Representing the peak of early Islamic administrative Itqan (perfection) and communal Izzah (honor), scholars established the principles of "Amanah" (trust) and "Adl" (justice) in the management of public affairs.
