Hamza ibn Abdul-Muttalib (RA) was the historic and legendary uncle of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and a primary champion of the early Islamic mission. Known as "Asadullah" (The Lion of Allah) and "Sayyid al-Shuhada" (The Leader of the Martyrs), Hamza represents the peak of spiritual courage, military Izzah (honor), and the Nur (light) of a faith that demands the active defense of the Truth.
